By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing any product or service, or participating in any Bags at Sea tournament, cruise experience, or related activity, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Participants must meet all event requirements listed at registration.
• By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to participate, meet all age and travel requirements, are eligible to travel if participating in cruise or travel prizes, and agree to follow all event rules and policies.
• Bags at Sea reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its discretion.

• All event registrations must be completed online in advance.
• Registration fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• All prices are subject to change.
• By submitting payment, you authorize Bags at Sea to charge your selected payment method.
• Solo player registrations are accepted on a best-effort basis. Bags at Sea will attempt to pair solo players but cannot guarantee a match partner.

• All registration fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full credit toward any future Bags at Sea qualifier, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Cancellations made inside 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit. Exceptions may be made at our discretion if we are able to backfill your spot from the waitlist.
• No credits will be issued for no-shows.
• To cancel your registration, email events@bagsatsea.com with your order number and team name.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issue.
• Travel and cruise deposits may be non-refundable and subject to supplier policies.
• Bags at Sea reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to weather, venue issues, travel disruptions, operational needs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled by Bags at Sea, reasonable efforts will be made to issue credits or transfers.
• No credits will be provided for personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather disruptions, missed participation, or supplier changes.

• All participants are expected to compete in a sportsmanlike manner, follow official tournament rules, respect staff, venues, sponsors, and other players, and maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
• Prohibited behavior includes harassment, violence, intoxication beyond venue rules, cheating, property damage, or any disruptive conduct.
• Bags at Sea reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate conduct without refund or credit.
• Tournament director decisions are final. Arguing with or disrespecting the tournament director will not be tolerated.

• Event divisions, formats, schedules, and prize structures may vary by event.
• Brackets, schedules, and formats may be adjusted as needed to ensure fair and efficient play.
• Match lengths, time limits, and scoring formats are subject to change.
• All tournament director decisions are final.
• The tournament director reserves the right to reassign teams between divisions if skill levels are clearly mismatched.
• Teams wishing to switch divisions after registration must contact events@bagsatsea.com before the event. Division switches on event day are at the tournament director's discretion.

• Prizes are awarded according to published event rules.
• Prize availability is subject to supplier and cruise line policies.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Substitutions may be made if prizes become unavailable.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting.
• Once a team wins a cruise cabin prize, they may not win another cabin for the same cruise.
• Additional prizes including Golden Tickets and future event credits may be awarded to runners-up and semi-finalists as outlined in the event rules. Golden Tickets and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
• Cruise and travel prizes are subject to cruise line availability and terms, require compliance with all supplier requirements, may include blackout dates or restrictions, and are coordinated through a US based travel agency.
• Bags at Sea does not directly operate cruise ships, airlines, or hotels. All cruise and travel prizes are handled by a US based travel agency and not Bags at Sea.
• Onboard tournament locations, schedules, and play areas may vary based on ship operations, weather, and logistical conditions.

• Event locations, including onboard and onshore play areas, may change due to operational, weather, safety, or logistical factors.
• Bags at Sea makes no guarantee regarding specific locations, layouts, schedules, or play surfaces for any event, including onboard or onshore championship activities.
• Indoor or outdoor venue arrangements may be adjusted at the discretion of the tournament director or venue management.

• Participation in Bags at Sea activities involves physical, travel, and recreational risks.
• By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, and travel-related disruptions.
• You agree to participate at your own risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Bags at Sea, its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation, travel, or website use.

• By attending or participating in a Bags at Sea event, you grant permission for your name, image, likeness, voice, photos, videos, and testimonials to be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
• Media may be used across social media, the Bags at Sea website, and all marketing materials.
• If you have concerns about media use, please contact events@bagsatsea.com prior to the event.

• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, upload harmful content, or copy or redistribute protected material.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

• All website content, branding, logos, designs, and materials are owned or licensed by Bags at Sea and may not be used without written permission.

• Bags at Sea is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable event or service.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bags at Sea from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or participation.

• Your use of this website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
